Inward Motion breathwork is a powerful somatic, (body focused), practice that helps you heal in a primal way.
This is very different than classic pranayama yogic breathing, and its intention is to help you release stored emotions, feelings & blockages in the body. It helps to create more freedom in the body, mind & soul. It helps you access the primal nature of the body & invites you to express stuck energy in your system.
This style of Breathwork helps you tap into your subconscious & rewire old patterns.
It helps to change breathing patterns, & by changing your breathing patterns, you have more potential to change your life. -
How I like to approach breathwork is from a gentle yet deep place that is trauma trained.
I know how powerful breathwork can be, so I like to make sure that we create a supportive space for you to lean into it.
I like to incorporate all my trainings I have taken into my breathwork style making sure that it has a holistic & integrative approach.
I have been facilitating breathwork for over 11 years now, and I am still amazed by it's healing capacity. -
This style of breathwork is extremely transformative. I have had great success with my clients using this form of therapy to really help them create change in their system.

Because of the power of breathwork, I ask that if you are brand new to this style of breathwork that you do at least one counselling session with me before we do a breathwork session. The reason for this is so we can build a connection so your being can feel more supported in the session. Breathwork is a potent practice, and it is beneficial to feel a sense of connection & support to your facilitator before entering into this sensitive & transformative territory.
*If you have done this style of breathwork in person before I am open to doing a session with you, but ideally we do a counselling session together first.
*I generally only do online breathwork sessions with people who I've done an in person session with first, and or they are very familiar with this style of breathwork. -
1:1 Breathwork 2 hrs: $225 CAD
Private Breathwork with a Group (3 people or more) 2hrs: $105/person CAD
2:1 Breathwork Couples Session 2.25 hrs: $375 CAD
1:1 Online Breathwork Session 2hrs : $170 CAD
5% GST is added to the final rate -
If you are a new client:
Please first book a free consultation call via my janeapp system. Then you will book a counselling session, which will be your breathwork intake session. If you have benefits you may be able to claim this session.
