Sound Healing is proving to extremely powerful to help heal down to a cellular level. The frequencies emitted by sound healing instruments, help to graciously guide the body back into a more harmonious state. They help to shift the brain wave state, and allow the nervous system to go into a parasympathetic state. It is in this state that our system is really about to heal & regenerate. 

There are many science based studies showing that using sound as a healing tool is effective and powerful. We are in a VERY exciting time right now of using specific frequencies as medicine. 

I work with seven quartz crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, a shruti box, bells, and other instruments. 

I work with sound on a somatic level, and intermingle my somatic therapy trainings into the sessions. This is to intentionally help the sound move deeper into your body & create new shifts in the being. ​

Sessions are about 90mins-2hrs depending on group size. We take some time in the beginning to drop in and share intentions, have about an hour sound journey, and then take time at the end to share & integrate.

I cater the sound to you/your group depending on what is needed to be worked on.

You are lying down for the duration of the session.

I have ran sound journeys in BC & Vancouver Island. 

I have offered a sound journey at a Mark Groves Retreat, I have done private sound sessions with celebrities at Clayoquot Wilderness resort, and other affluent people at locations in BC.
